KTDA National Tea Scholarship Programme 2014 Open

The KTDA Foundation is proud to open up the second secondary school intake of the KTDA National Tea Scholarship. The cut off marks for the 2014 scholarship in the soon to be announced KCPE 2013 results will be 350, Jaki Mathaga, the Foundation Manager has said.

The 66 needy students who would have attained the cut off marks will be given a four year scholarship, including a mentorship programme.

Scholarship forms and application instructions can be collected from the tea factories across the country, filled and submitted to the Factory Unit Manager of the nearest tea factory by 6th January 2014. Optionally, they may be downloaded from the links below, filled and returned.

In February 2013, the first group of 65 needy but bright students were selected and will be proceeding to form 2 in January of 2014, paving the way for the new batch.
