Philippe Le Houérou (centre), International Finance Corporation (IFC) Executive Vice President and CEO, is shown KTDA-processed black orthodox tea by Lucy Nyakiore, Marketing and Business Development Manager KTDA. Houérou, who is based in Washington DC, led a high-powered delegation from IFC to review progress of IFC financed projects. KTDA is currently constructing 13 small hydropower projects partly funded by IFC and the team was impressed by the progress. The IFC team met KTDA-H CEO Lerionka Tiampati, KTDA Finance and Strategy director Benson Ngari and KTPC General Manager, Lucas Maina.
